Ben Karp

Ben, as a co-founder of JB Capital Management, is responsible for all aspects of JB Capital’s business, including strategic direction, financing activities, JV partnerships, and fundraising. Ben has worked in the real estate private equity and brokerage space for more than seven years. Beyond JB Capital, he serves as the VP of investments of Laz Parking Realty Investors (LPRI), a private equity real estate group with $500 million in assets under management. Prior to LPRI, he worked on the investment sales teams at Boston Realty Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. Ben is deeply involved with several charitable organizations, including the Anti-Defamation League (Glass Leadership Institute), Youth Renewal Fund, and the Gift of Life.  

Ben holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a B.S. in business from Tulane University.

Jessica Giguere

As a principal and co-founder of JB Capital Management, Jessica is responsible for developing and overseeing all real estate investment activities. She is actively involved in underwriting, fundraising, development, financing, and structuring transactions. Jessica has worked in the real estate and investment management space for more than seven years. Previously, she was with Camber Property Group, an affordable housing developer, and prior to that, Alchemy Properties, a luxury condo developer, in the New York Metro Area. During this time, she was involved in the acquisition, financing, and project management of ground-up developments. Jessica also has had extensive experience working in finance as an analyst at Hall Capital Partners. There she worked alongside portfolio managers to deploy $2.9 billion worth of capital for institutions and high-net-worth clients.

Jessica holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a B.A. in international relations from Brown University.
